Mercedes-Benz increases test drive bookings through new chatbot
- Mercedes Benz Middle East wanted a fresh, innovative way to generate leads and boost in-store sales, targeting men and women aged 25 to 45 in UAE, Bahrain, Jordan, Lebanon, Kuwait, Qatar, Oman and KSA.
- By launching a chatbot with their Messenger, they enabled customers to explore the full range of cars, take a quiz to learn which SUV would best suit their driving habits, and ultimately book a test drive.
